1/4 pound diced onion
1 pound ground beef
2 heaping tablespoons flour
1/3 pound diced pickles
1 cup pickle juice
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 3/4 qt. chicken broth

Brown the ground beef and drain. Place beef in large soup pot. Add the flour and mix well. Add onion and stock. Simmer until thickened, stirring regularly. Add remaining ingredients. Serve hot.
