Hamburger Soup

1 pound ground beef
4 cups water
1 16 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 16 ounce can stewed tomatoes
3 carrots — sliced
3 large potatoes — cubed
1 medium onion — chopped
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
2 cloves garlic — minced
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1/2 head cabbage — cut up

Brown ground beef in a large saucepan and drain well. Add beef and all remaining ingredients to same saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 45-60 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
