1 loaf French bread
8 ounces pimento-stuffed green olives
8 ounces sliced black olives
2 stalks green onions
1 stick butter, room temperature
1/2 cup mayonaisse
1 lb. Monterey jack cheese, grated

Slice green onions into thin pieces. Combine all ingredients, expect French bread and stir until thoroughly combined. Spread onto French bread that has been sliced lengthwise. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and browning.
Mixture can be refrigerated and used as a dip with crackers.
