Esther’s No-Fail Pancakes

1 1/2 cups flour

3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 Tablespoon sugar

1 1/4 cups milk

1 egg

3 Tablespoons melted butter

Combine dry ingredients.  Make a well in the middle and pour in all wet ingredients.  Stir to combine.

Bake on lightly oiled griddle (1/4 cup per pancake).
